We can help if you are looking for a “Conciegerie Airbnb” to simply welcome your guests for you while you manage the sales or if you are looking for full rental management services we can help too.

The easiest solution for you. You tell us when your property is available for rental, we rent out your property and you make money!
Our business model is simple :
You recieve 75% of the price paid by the guest for their stay
We pay for the cost of our sales platforms and so the fees for Airbnb and HomeAway are included in our 25% commission.
We will estimate the rental value of your property and your potential revenue.
We take photos of your chalet and write a description. We then upload this advert onto meribel-prive.com (our direct website), Airbnb, HomeAway and, if you wish, Booking.com.
We manage to payments from the guests and ensure that all payments are up to date
In the event of a problem, we are available 7 days a week to solve the problem as quickly as possible

How much money will I make?
You will make 75% of the price of each rental. Vous touchez 75% du prix des nuitées payé par le locataire. Nous nous mettons d’accord sur une grille tarifaire semaine par semaine en amont de la saison. The fees charged by our sales platforms (most commonly Airbnb and HomeAway) are included in our 25% commission fee. There aren’t any hidden charges.
What are the conditions for you managing our property?
There are no conditions. If, for example, you wish to stay in your property over Christmas and/or New Years, it is no problem. We will only sell the weeks that you want us to!
Your property hasn’t been renovated? No problem. However, please be aware that this may affect the price of the rental and the amounts of bookings you receive.
Will you be available for late arrivals?
We put a lot of effort in facilitating our customer journey. All our guests have everything needed to check-in before there are even on site.
We try to be available as far as possible, even for a check-in in the middle of the night. Nonetheless, our guest have all required information to self check-in. The feedbacks and reviews we have about this are really good!
We recommend having a lock with a code to avoid the chance of any lost keys. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if this interests you!
Are you open all year?
Yes, we are in Meribel all year long. Outside of the season, our team is mainly based in the Meribel Alpina office (in the building of the Tougnète lift.)

Can I rent out my property during the summer?
Yes, we can provide our rental services during the summer if you wish.
I am an owner in Motteret, can you provide me with rental services?
Unfortunately not, as we are afflicated with Meribel Alpina, we can only provide our services in the areas they manage. This means we are not able to operate in Meribel Mottaret.
What is included for guests during their stay?
- If you have opted to take full rental management services with us, each stay includes check-in management, bed linen and towels with the beds made before the guests arrive and the cleaning at the end of the stay.
- If you have taken an a la carte services contract with us, it all depends on what options you have chosen.
